Asking them to stop recording is a violation of civil rights, and he has no right or ability to bring a child to juve. That being said he also didn't tow the bikes like he could have

In public you have no expectation of privacy meaning anyone can record you at anytime as long as you are in public. When an officer tells you to stop recording them it’s because they know they are in the wrong

@@HwyRyderIt’s not a violation of civil rights to ask them to stop recording. It’s a violation when he forces them to, and he never did. Also police can take kids to juve. If they couldn’t, who would. I know a police officer that is a school resource officer and he takes kids to juve all the time.

The cop is a good guy here. Not to record him was of a personal side rather than authoritarian. To drive on street you need a license even for a bike, so kids are in he wrong. Good cop.

Although i dont necessarily think the cops really in the wrong. This is the type of stuff that enforces weak individuals let them live, let them be kids would you rather them stuck inside playing video games all day or on their smart phone?
