Ad for Masterclass and not really a review on the southern cooking class. I thought this class was pretty good one. Learned how to make gumbo, grits, deal with oysters. Would have loved to learn about more technique, although this was covered to some extent. I think a lot of these are dishes served in her restaurant. Would have loved recipe for boudain, red beans and rice, chicken and dumplings, jumbalaya.
