A standing buffe table for eating every hour regardless of time a day, and lots of variation on it. You get tired of eating the same thing every day, especially if its on a buffe. Lots of seasonal variation, regional, exotic, whatever. Because I have very irregular hours I need my crew to be able of eating immediately and whenever, like breakfast in the middle of the night.

People take a liking to U so when they find out U have a preference for some type of food/snack/drink, and they have the opportunity, they'd give it to U, if they can to show they care. About 3 familues found out one year that my brother (outgoing genuinely sweet person) loves pies, he got 3 different pies for his birthday that year. Rectangular, casserole-sized pies. Thank GOD our family had the foresight to not include pie on the menu. We just cooked everything thing else (cant remember any other dish from that year except the pie). We had pie for each meal for a few days until it was finished (even he got a bit tired of pie for a while after). He expressed his appreciation though❤, my younger brother.

If it were me I would choose a chef that could make meals I typically couldn't. I would do everything in my power to occasionally cook with them or at least be in the kitchen to draw inspiration from them. It may sound trivial but these people know your pallete your likes and dislikes from taste, texture, and presentation.
