Bikin bika ambon yg asli itu sebenarnya pakai ala2 prindapan.diaduk2 pakai tangan tepungnya diulen pakai santan sampai kalis setelah itu dicampurkan ke adonan telur yg sudah diaduk dgn sebagian santan lalu dimulailah teknik prindapan diaduk2 pakai tangan

Assalamu'alaikum bun klo lihat di video ini saat adonan udh masuk oven kok suhunya di angka 200 ya bukan di 220 td di sebutkan suhunya 220 selama memanggang....? Jika loyang dialasi dgn baking paper bisa gak ya bun...? Mohon infonya bun mksh.
