We are still require to wear a masks indoor while shopping, in a queue to get on a attraction, & when we are sitting in a restaurant waiting for our order (sit down restaurants).

My husband and I went to WDW for the first time last week. We also live on the west coast. We left on the 14th, and on the plane ride home I read about the mask mandate ending... I was so bummed! That would have made a huge difference in our experience and choices! Happy to be able to watch it through you guys, though! Hopefully Disneyland will follow soon!! 🤞

My husband and I were last at WDW 7 years ago in early May for our Honeymoon. We live in the Sf Bay Area. The Seven Dwarves Mine Train was not yet open. We met my cousin and her family there since they live in the Tampa area and they got on it the following week for the soft opening! We need to save our pennies and plan a trip back there.

We were at Epcot the first day they announced no more masks outside! It was so nice to walk around world showcase without a mask! Your lucky you didn't get stuck on the people mover. When we rode it the second time, we got stuck 4 TIMES!! The longest for 15 minutes. Would have been cool that one of those 4 would have been in space mountain.

Carousel Of Progress had a different song when it moved to WDW till 1994, it was the Sherman brothers “ Best Time Of Your Life “. I still sing that on the attraction , as I remember it very well in the 80’s and early 90’s going there 😊

People Mover!!!! Yes!!!! THANK YOU for filming the whole thing!!! It's awesome at night-particularly when Fireworks are going off. Usually you can hear screams of Space Mountain but I know you guys rode it pretty early.

I really appreciate both of your's appreciation for both Walt Disney World and Disneyland Resorts. You love both for their own reasons (yes I totally understand your love and familiarity for the original Disney park). So many people like to debate which is "better", but you love and feel the magic on both coasts. Of note: going through Space Mountain on the Peoplemover used to be more exciting, as the rocket coasters had glow strips on their sides which you could see whizzing by in the dark.

Had to stop this vid & go watch a historical one of Peoplemover from DL. I truly don’t remember it, but I know I rode it. (Innerspace was my fave of all time, that one I remember distinctly.) Last possible year 1975 for me. Gosh I wish they’d bring it back. Apparently have to move heaven & earth, but hey, worth it. So glad you two got to ride it finally! And nice to see your lovely faces in the park :)

Progress City used to be seen on the Disneyland Peoplemover right after you passed Adventure Thru Inner Space. Can't remember if it was between that and Carousel of Progress or after it. I thought we had lost it to time. It was so nice seeing it again.

Phew, so glad you guys are able to experience and share with us WDW through all these changes. I booked my first trip a little over month ago for next April and I haven’t watched too many videos of those parks until after booking the trip so I’ve really only seen it with all the restrictions so now I’m starting to get a little taste of what to actually expect when we go. Glad to hear the lines aren’t too crazy despite capacity increases though 🙌

You’re lucky you have good weather! We were there for 2 weeks with temps pier 90 and high humidity. We were DYING, but still had an amazing time. Weather here in the Coachella Valley has been sunny, cool but windy. Have a great time - we will follow along!

Imagine a world where WDW said sorry, FL residents only. Where Zions said sorry, UT residence only. Where Glacier said sorry, MT residence only. Where the Grand Canyon said sorry, AZ residence only. @@avengence We have had a mask mandate in Orange County, FL since last May. They just lifted it for outdoors last week since our vaccination rate reached 50%. They drop all masks when we reach 70% vaccination rate or there’s a 14 day rolling positivity rate under 5%

They are not checking vaccine cards because you don’t have to be vaccinated to remove your mask outdoors. Anyone can remove their mask outdoors regardless of their vaccine status.

Masks are required to be worn indoors until June 15th after that date, you don’t have to wear a mask indoors.

Technically yes, but the wording on “if you’re vaccinated” is mostly used to incentivize those that are on the fence about being vaccinated. The reality is not everyone will get vaccinated and wear a mask forever. If enough ppl are vaccinated and/or acquire immunity from the actual infection itself, it’s not something to worry about who is vaccinated and who isn’t.

You don’t have to be fully vaccinated to remove your mask. Anyone can remove their mask outdoors. I could not find anything on their website about only vaccinated guests may remove their masks outdoors. Also plenty of kids in this video not wearing masks and they don’t have their vaccine because they are not eligible to get one yet.
