Masonic - Scotish Rite, Shrine, York Rite - How they differ and which one to join.

Greetings, Brother! I at the moment am only a member of my local Blue Lodge, but have been floating the idea of pursuing an additional path. I'm leaning towards Scottish Rite because my grandfather was a 32nd. Appreciate the insight on all three!

Thank you for the information, I'll be having my 3rd degree mid-April this year (2024). Also will be going through Shriner initiation this May. As a christen I'm thinking of doing the York Right but still a little bit unshure.

@@former9085 of course I can brother. See freemasonry goes against any religions teachings. A profound freemason (Albert pike) himself stated freemasonry is satanism. Once you reach the highest degree, the ' knowledge ' revealed to you is babylonian black magic, also known as cabal, to participate in any black magic, only works if you disgrace the name of God, magic only works by the help of (JINNS) the ones helping you complete the " magic " will want something from you first, mainly, you denouncing god, and taking on satan as your ' lord'. I know this due to basic research I've conducted on secret societies. The whole world's satanic agenda is pushed out by freemasonry in every country.

Oh I forgot to mention, jinns can be good or bad, think of them as spirits, however the ones that aid you in black magic, are the ones closest to satan, demonic entities which are destructive. Satan himself will be judged on judgement day, he recalls God as GOD. Any fool who worships satan will be thrown in the hell fire with satan leading them in there. The double eagle is a symbol is Scottish Rite. Not all Masons are in Scottish Rite. Internet search the Scottish Rite southern jursidiction. They have lots of research material on line and at their facility in DC that anyone can visit.

Any "superiorly" numbered degree is an appendant to the 3rd Degree and not higher than the 3rd Degree. The 33rd Degree is an honorary degree of the Scottish Rite of Freemasonry bestowed on Freemasons deemed to have made an exceptional contribution to Freemasonry. It confers no further powers or knowledge.
