Start with the border itself. Then, clean out the prisons, local and state jails of ANY non citizens. Then, remove everyone claim bogus asylum claims. This would mean getting the judges needed to get it done fast. Not years, but months! Bring back serious consequences for Mexico. A general relaunch of our immigration laws and procedures probably need a tune-up also.
