I was already getting teary eyed at the beginning but hearing anderson say i am proud of you again is what really hit me in the feelings, mass effect trilogy is such an amazing game
@polae59754 жыл бұрын
OMG me too. I actually started tearing up when the words played. I think a large part of what made this game so great was the same reason those words hit home so hard. The player feels a strong connection to Shepard. Like they ARE Shepard. And Anderson is saying those words to YOU.....oh, God. Here come the tears again! This game makes you feel like you really did something important. Like you were REALLY fighting for something bigger than yourself and your own mundane needs.

"The route is the goal." That sentence always comes into my mind when i think about Mass Effect. A bad or a good ending doesn't matter to me. I'm just very thankful for the experience of that beautiful journey with Shepard and his (her) Crew.

I'm glad they made the legendary editon! I'm replaying with the Shepard I've had since I got the first game back in 2012. It is the BEST series in video game history. I WISH I could undo all my playthroughs and go back to each moment. This made me cry and this is how it should have ended.

When I open my Origin client, each of those Mass Effect icons still sit there, barely touched since that first installation. Only icons, you know, but they carry more memories than all others together. Thank you!

I feel the same about Mass Effect and Dragon Age. My Shepard and my Wardens are just deep in my heart. (Especially my first Warden, no one can replace her.) I will always remember standing in the Denerim throne room and refusing to leave for a few days. talking to all of my companions one more time. There was a big lump in my heart when the Hero of Ferelden had to go forth and meet the people she had saved. I love my Champion, and I am fond of my Inquisitor, but my Warden is always going to the One. That is how I feel about Mass Effect. I will make another Shepard someday, but those games were more than just fun to me.

I'm so glad you still continue making Mass Effect videos, I just can't have enough of the soundtracks! Could you make an extended version of the music that plays during the planning phase of the Suicide Mission in Mass Effect 2? I'm talking about the part when you can decide who to send in the vents, who should lead the second team. etc. Sounds similar to the Main Menu theme but it's going on longer. I know it might seem repetitive, but after so many years, I still can't seem to get bored of it, I get chills every time. Many thanks!

I tried to get video from that point but it's all cutscene stuff and it can't be stopped, Shepard and Anderson keep teleporting during the scene too so it was impossible. I sat on it for a week trying to figure out the best setting and just decided to go with the hologram lol

It feels like...I'm standing right here and talking to Admiral Anderson. He encourages me, says not to give up on my dreams and goals. Even if it's sometimes dark, the light will always come to me. I cry in front of him but he never judges or humiliate because he used to feel the same way. He says 'It is okay to cry and to hurt a little, kid. I am here to listen to you when you can't handle it together anymore...Also remember that I'm proud of you, no matter what.'
