I've watched so many first time playthroughs since I lost my job that I broke my N7 Day premier to NOT start another run. I did a Sentinel class on legendary. It's an about the upgrades and the squad. People have a fixation with the OG'S". Well, they are often the wrong companions. Choose the companion best suited for the type of enemy and defenses you are up against. Arm them to the teeth with upgraded weapons and invest in offensive skills. For the most part, I was able to plow through a lot.

Yeah upgrades make the game pretty standard , that’s why I wanted to see if you could get through the game without them haha. Sentienel sounds pretty awesome, I was gonna do adept but ended on soldier for he health rengeneration

I did a similar challenge over a year ago called Basic Bitch Insanity Difficulty. It was a bit more basic compared to this (level ups and upgrades were allowed but mods were not) but I had the ultimate challenge being just using the base Level 1 gear. You went and cranked the challenge up to 11 with this one. I will be interested to know if you plan on continuing Miss Drizzle's pain train in ME2 and ME3 with these same parameters. I'll let you know now the basic version of Basic Bitch Insanity was more than enough of a challenge for me so I can't imagine it being a good ride for your version of the challenge.

I watched your video and I feel your struggles haha! Ive started on ME2 and so far it isnt so bad, but i think its mainly due to adrenaline rush that the soldiers gets has a starting ability, it seems pretty wacko haha

@@krisisgaming I'm going to give you a fair warning in case you haven't gotten around to watching my ME2 video, but if you haven't done Garrus's recruitment mission yet make sure to grab the Vindicator or else you will be temporarily locked out of using your Avenger assault rifle for a few missions until you go to the Collector Ship. I had grabbed Thane and Samara before the Collector Ship mission and the Vindicator was forcibly equipped onto Shepard and I couldn't use the assault rifle for the entire Lair of the Shadow Broker DLC.

Krogan wont use his Rush attack if you keep some of his goons alive, like those snipers. They retreat into corridor where they cant shoot everywhere, so you can ignore them and focus down Krogan. Much easier that way. Its alot easier fight in Legendary Edition, it seems, than it used to be.

Interesting, but yes youre right, the legendary edition did make fights easier, especially Benezia, trying this challenge on the og version may have had a very different outcome

@@krisisgaming That fight was very hard even if you did play proper. Usually took alot of tries, until i learned about goon stuff, which made it much easier(actually only reason i learned about it, was because i kept failing and had to look for some guide). In Legendary Edittion he died without me even noticing as i was focussing goons and my party killed him.

@@krisisgaming Well, you need to have at least two survivors or Shepard won't make it (meaning no ME3 import). So as long as you p̶l̶a̶n̶ o̶u̶t̶ a̶ f̶e̶w̶ w̶e̶l̶l̶-̶d̶i̶s̶g̶u̶i̶s̶e̶d̶ a̶c̶c̶i̶d̶e̶n̶t̶s̶ do your best, at least two should make it home!
