Mass Influence is an innovative exploration into the key elements for influencing change by creating viral “wildfire word-of-mouth epidemics”. What is that “thing” that creates a leader so compelling and influential that the world turns when they speak? Mass Influence explores the identifiable habits and unspoken etiquette of the highly influential that are a mystery to most successful entrepreneurs and business leaders, yet that anyone can obtain.
Teresa de Grosbois is an International speaker and 4-time international best-selling author. Her latest bestseller Mass Influence - the habits of the highly influential, hit bestseller in pre-sales a month before it was scheduled to hit the bookstands. She has been featured on television, radio and print media across the globe. She is passionate about teaching others to play bigger and to generate wealth by creating more powerful relationships with others, both locally and internationally. Teresa is an expert on growing influence and generating positive word of mouth. Teresa teaches you how create positive change by building a relationship with and gain endorsement from influential people, and even become influential yourself. Discover Teresa’s energy and passion for teaching the principles of influence and success at the upcoming Canmore TedX.
This talk was given at a TEDx event using the TED conference format but independently organized by a local community. Learn more at ted.com/tedx

1. Authenticity 2. Give influence to gain influence While she was speaking I was already imagining what goes on in the office, this is idealistic, I would try it, hoping that I won't be exploited in anyway, gearing up for great results this 2020 🏆

When it comes to influence - both having it and teaching it - Teresa is totally one of the true pros in the business. And, authentic? She is the very embodiment of the term itself! Way to, Teresa. Fantastic presentation!

I love Teresa's definition of Authenticity = when your inner voice matches your outer voice 🙌 That's also referred to as Alignment. If you can be authentically aligned, you become sustainable and influential.

Summary: Most people have limiting self beliefs thinking that they are not important or interesting enough to be influential. Then most people think of influence as something you have or not. -Step 1 is to keep track of your self limiting talk. i.e. How many times throughout the day have you thought "I want to do that!" and then stopped yourself because you thought you weren't good enough? At the end of the day, write it down. -Step 2 is to give influence to others. Like respect, giving influence gives you more influence. For example, if you genuinely think someone has a great product, service, website or video - share it with others. Nominate that person for an award or write an article about them. Teresa explains how these kind of activities make that person AND you more influential.

It is another self talk. It is just filled with self-glorification and ideas which are left for the chance to work. Too abstract and vague.
