As Viva Frei pointed out, it's very convenient that the USSS knowingly and willingly failed to secure areas that provided excellent 'habitat' for a shooter that were coincidentally well within the range of even the most common rifles and the skillset of the most common shooters. From a strictly self centered standpoint, the cost to take the pics is zero, and the potential sale price for the pics is more than zero - likely a LOT more than zero. If you're wanting money, this is a no-brainer, and even if you just want your 15 min of fame, another no-brainer. If you're an actual concerned Citizen, then this is also a No Brainer! Only a Trained Secret Service Officer could see this setup, and conclude there was nothing worthy of taking a picture, or looking around any further.
