Слушал этот альбом ещё в 1996 году, кассета была заслушана до дыр, сейчас тоже время от времени прослушиваю

A return to their roots for The Beach Boys and their first album way back in 1966 when they were then called The Mother Fuckers: Surfin' Cadaver & Vivisection Vibrations (a double lp, though the second disc was just Brian throwing up seawater interspersed with him farting Rimsky-Korsakov's "Flight Of The Bumblebee" Phil Spectorishly wall of sounded) did yield one minor hit in Flushing Meadows that summer, "Coprophilia Girls", with that great line everyone was singing then, "She's a suicidal coprophiliac!"

The best from them, the earlier stuff is really bizarre horror metal...if you like this try: Skeleton of God, Wicked Innocence, Shredded Corpse, Odious Sanctum, Scattered Remnants, Ceremonium and Horror of Horrors.

Pretty sure this band idolizes Ripping Corpse above all.

@@ajh229 That makes a lot of sense considering RC formed earlier and are also from New Jersey. I also think there's an undeniable Sadus influence. Especially in the vocal department. Mass Psychosis are beyond sick. Uniquely intense and interesting material. Wish i had discovered these dudes sooner. Better late than never, I suppose.

@@KZbin_gets_dumber_every_year Not too familiar with Sadus, though I know DiGorgio’s work in Death. What’s their best? I assume you’re familiar, but Human Remains is also worth checking out. I always loved the sounds emerging from the Jersey area.

@@ajh229, on the contrary. Ripping Corpse was rival of Mass Psychosis. I know this as the lead guitar player Doug Grandon was one of my best friends. We were friends since 1991 until his passing 2 years ago. It was a sad day as he was such a talented musician. More importantly, he was the most genuine friend I ever had.

@@potatolew4495 I’m very sorry to hear of Doug’s passing, and for your personal loss. Sounds like a great guy. Thanks for the info.
