Mass shooting kills 6, including 6-month old baby

Six people died after a shooting in Goshen, Calif. Monday morning. Two of the victims were a teenage mother and a baby.
The gunfire was so intense authorities thought it was an active shooter.
The Tulare County Sheriff's Office says it happened on Harvest Avenue between Road 68 and Kame Drive shortly after 3:30 a.m. Callers initially thought it was an active shooter situation because of how many shots were fired.
When deputies arrived, they immediately noticed two victims dead in the street and then a third in the doorway of the home. Deputies found six victims total, five of them were declared dead at the scene. Another died at the hospital.

That was a targeted hit from a Cartel. Cartels aren't your ordinary criminal gangs either. They only recruit hard-core criminals to do their dirty work in eliminating witnesses and rivals. Guess who owns and runs these Cartels? Mostly opportunists with government and military backgrounds. Most of these Cartels actively bribe police and other officials (or threaten them) to keep the law out of their narcotics business. Cartels are almost impossible to eradicate short of declaring martial law and since the Governors of those States fear assassination, they simply do nothing about the problem.
