I use a brand of Kava stick packs called Mitra 9. I keep it in my apothacary as a sedative , sleep aid or antianxiety. Upon consumption your toung and throat will become numb and after a few minutes you'll begin to feel very relaxed. I also have some Kava candies that I use for sore throat relief.
