Ok, so a secret organization send their infiltration team to liquidate a school because there was a cult and some type of infection, but in the end the team was eliminated by the cult forces and the infection forms that utilized the extermination to eliminate the secret organization forces. Genuinely a roller coaster. Like I thought I'd be filled with fear and sadness for school shooting preventions, but the plot twists just kept adding up. The plot twists were well placed too, the fact that the student showed that monster form after the massacre of a few "innocent" students, gave the reveal more impact. It even got me writing a whole ass essay like this is graded

There weren't any "Innocent" people in this video, they were capturing an FHC research institute as stated in the beginning 0:11 "Capture FHC research institute" 0:16 "Don't let anyone escape". All of the people killed were cultists, and the ones who weren't able to transform into the monsters were probably just not as far along in the process of becoming one as some of the others.

From what i could gather at this point, we have 3 groups involved, one is the NMRC, which seems to be a organization thats its fighting without support from the government (and their actions are probably unknown). Another group that is working with them is mentioned in the briefing, dont know who is who, but the red stripes on some of the characters could give us more insight in the later parts. And finally we have the FHC, a cult group that has enough influence on the government to keep their goals a secret for police or the JSDF (Japanese Self Defense Forces). From we can gather from the F-LAKE expedition video, it seems that it wasnt their first contact with those kinds of anomalies, and it suggests that FHC are trying to find these to use it for something bigger.

The body horror is on the level of classics like Dead Space, Silent Hill, and some of the more intense RPG Maker Horror games. I really like your worldbuilding aspects, subtle but very strong presentation when it hits. Judging by some of your art titles, it seems there is a war between Japan's FHC and the Blood Cult of Ushinoda.

If they use sight and hearing to attack then maybe flashbangs or something else to disrupt them. Makeshift barricades might slow them down enough to get some good shots in with other weapons. If all that fails, then make sure to have a few friends who run slower than you so you can buy some distance if you get overrun...

I clicked on this video because it was in my recommended, and was thinking to myself, "Morbid curiosity has the better of me, I'll see what this is. I'm sure this is just going to be some animation of a bunch of murders with no purpose to them, just violence for the sake of it," which I'm not inherently opposed to most of the time, but I'm not one who gets off to gore either.
