I was one of the two gardeners that took care of the grounds. My boss was Steve Penovitch, a truly wonderful man. Thanks Steve, you taught me more than just gardening, you helped me grow up.

This place became a prison camp for Scientologists. I lived there for 20 years (1983-2003). Very hard to escape!

Old home movies are always kinda interesting.....my Dad took a few when we were all young, i'm 62 now and im the youngest....lol, thank you.

My husband and I stayed there in the 1970's and loved it. It had a charming atmosphere and was low key. Movie stars used to stay there in the separate cabins, in prior years. We had hoped to go back and stay there again, but by the time we wanted to go, it had, unfortunately been sold to the freakish Scientologists. They had armed guards on the entrance and told us to go away. So sad........
