wow... all good... and you speak so fast (!)... am needing to rewind/ go back lots... as i make notes... I'm a visual learner too - see that this would work best for me e.g. whilst also with visual cards/ book/ board to look at... also learn by comparison, analogy, metaphor, seeing things holistically so e.g. comparing Cell to Body analogy really helpful - then i can see a visual. it's all so new to me - maybe will need (too) someone with slower presentation with visuals
