some lithium battery packs have a protection circuit that shuts off the battery if the voltage drops too low, sometimes you can kick start them by connecting a higher voltage battery across the + and - for a few seconds, once the trigger circuit re-activates everything starts working again.

My entire problem just turned out to be that I needed to use a USB-A to USB-C cable to charge... I kept using usb-c to usb-c and it wouldn't work. Got it all disassembled to finally try the cables.

My mum plugged a 24W power supply into my 9W massage gun last night… now it doesn’t turn on and the blue light is constantly on… how can I fix it? 😢

So my renpho r3 won't charge as well but I can't tell from watching the video which is the key step to getting it work. You used the heat gun and then you were jiggling everything but what made it work and charge again? Thanks.

It could be a couple of things. It could be a dead cell, so you need to check. My issue was a cold soulder joint, so heating it up very hot.Would've reflowed the shoulder

Bad solder joints do cause a lot of problems these days Ross! It's the crappy lead-free solder!
