The massage hammer is one of the more unique massage guns I've reviewed on my channel. It has a very distinct design that makes it great for massaging your back alone, while not applying a lot of pressure. While it's great for your back, it might not be the best option for a beginner looking for a "normal" massage gun. I discuss this a little further in depth within my review. There’s honestly not a lot that comes close to matching the feel of real hands. I haven’t reviewed it on the channel but the R8 roller from roll recovery could be the closest to what you’re describing. Either that or compression boots or arm sleeves.
