Hey Dr. Can you do a review of Osaki OS pro First class please ?
@massagechairrelief4 жыл бұрын
Thanks for your inquiry. We do not have the First Class in any of our stores currently. Once we have one on the premises, I can do a review for you. dr. w.

how this compare with the os-jp premium 4s, any big difference in terms of the neck and shoulder massage?
@massagechairrelief4 жыл бұрын
The main difference is that the Maestro LE has an L-track and foot rollers, whereas the 4S Japan does not have those features. The Maestro LE has the space saving feature, also, which the 4S does not have. Both have a great neck and shoulder massage. I hope this helps. dr. w,.

How do you connect the chair to bluetooth for pairing
@massagechairrelief3 жыл бұрын
You go to the BlueTooth settings on your phone and look for a device, from the list of available devices in close proximity to your chair, that represents the chair you are sitting in. Select that device and within a few seconds the chair should be paired to your phone. I hope this helps. dr. w.

I've been shopping to upgrade my Titan TP Carina to a 3D massage chair. Recently I found a good deal on a Osaki Pro Synergy. However, when I search it on KZbin, the results are mostly for the Osaki Pro Maestro. Are these similar models? Is the Pro Synergy a good chair? Do you carry it?
@massagechairrelief2 жыл бұрын
I am not familiar with the Synergy so I can't tell you how it compares to the Maestro. We carry the Maestro LE. I would recommend staying away from the Maestro. The LE was brought to the market with all the original Maestros problems fixed. dr. w.

@@massagechairrelief What are the differences between the LE and the original? What problems were there with original?
@massagechairrelief Жыл бұрын
@@kingkevvi It's been quite a few years but, as I recall, we saw a lot of problems with the roller mechanism. We had quite a few instances of squeaking in the roller mech. They had to be replaced. I also believe that the remote control was not very intuitive and they fixed that with the LE. I wish I could remember more. You can call my SoCal manager, Michael, who dealt with a lot of the problems with his customers. The number to that store is 562-865-4607. We have had hardly any problems, if any at all, with the LE. I hope that helps. dr. w.

So is it similar to the ekon with the calf rollers? What machines have the calf rollers?
@massagechairrelief6 жыл бұрын
Hi, Julie. It is quite different from the Maestro since the two chairs are made in completely different factories. The features are similar but the chairs feel very different when you are in them. The chairs with calf rollers are the Ekon, uKnead Lohas, Health Mate HM-5200, Apex Ultra, and the Inner Balance Jin. dr. w.

@massagechairrelief5 жыл бұрын
Thanks for your inquiry. You will find the Maestro to be too small for you. Your height and weight preclude you from most chairs. The best option would probably be the Luraco iRobotics 7 Plus. It fits a bigger body better than most, even though it is still not perfect. I hope this helps. dr. w.

Dr. Weidner, is there any chance you can do a review on the Osaki OS-Pro Admiral? I'm interested in quality, noise, how many foot rollers each foot has as well as controller user interface. Are there other features that stand out you enjoy or do not on this particular chair. Thank you! :)
@massagechairrelief5 жыл бұрын
Hi, Ethan. We are opening our new Arizona store in the next couple of weeks and we have the Admiral already set up at the showroom. I will do a review and videos of that model, along with reviews of other new models, i.e. Ogawa Master Drive AI and the Human Touch Super Novo. Keep your eyes peeled on this KZbin channel (subscribe to it to be notified of every new video posted) and on my blog/article library, where a written review will be posted. dr. w.

@@massagechairrelief Hello - I hope your store opening in Arizona is coming along. Any updates on the review for the Osaki OS-Pro Admiral?
@massagechairrelief5 жыл бұрын
@@ethanc8389 Hi, Ethan. I have not had much time to breathe since the opening of the store, let alone write a review on the Admiral. I will get to it, just not sure when. If you'd just like to get an opinion on it from one of my staff, feel free to give the store a call at 480-597-3578. Either Melodie or Shawn will be able to give you the best take on it since they are around it every day. We don't have it in our other showrooms yet, so we all have to rely on them when someone inquires. dr. w.

Do you actually do any reviews of these chairs? So many of these are so quick. How is the pressure? What class do you put this chair in? How well does it handle calf pain? Is it better for larger or smaller users?
@massagechairrelief6 жыл бұрын
Thank you for your questions. These videos are more introductory tutorials to the chairs and their features. I have written a full-length review of the Maestro on my blog/article library. You can always search there for my written reviews. Here is the link to my Maestro review... www.massage-chair-relief.com/blog/review-of-the-osaki-pro-maestro-massage-chair/ The Maestro can handle all sizes of body types, including shorter bodies. It has a calf airbag system that offers kneading of the calves. I would consider it a very good calf massage system. The rollers are 3D so that you can adjust the depth of the rollers and, thus, the intensity on your spinal muscles. It has a very good roller massage, particularly good in the neck and shoulder region. I hope this helps! dr. w.

How do you connect to the bluetooth speakers?
@massagechairrelief5 жыл бұрын
Hi, Andrew. You will need to go into the settings of your phone and select the BlueTooth option. You will see a list of devices and, although it may not be easily identified by name, you should see a new device with some numbers in the name that belongs to your chair. Connect to that device and you should be good to hear your device's music playing over the chair's speakers. I hope this helps. dr. w.

Id like to know how good is to massage the feet. I am a nurse my job requires 70-80% be on my feet. Busy unit. Id like ti buy a char that makes a good job massaging the lower extremities specially my feet.
@puzzleperson20076 жыл бұрын
Wow, thanks for that quick reply. I have been perusing your website and think i am set on a chair with calf rollers. They all seem good, is there an advantage to the more expensive ones or a disadvantage to the less expensive ones? The apex ultra seems to be a good buy? My calves, neck and feet tend to hinder me the most and i like a firm massage on the neck and just below. Why might i choose the ekon over the apex or inner balance? Thanks again and great videos!!! Very informative! :)
@massagechairrelief6 жыл бұрын
The more expensive ones are typically built in better factories with better quality parts and testing. The Apex Ultra has a very strong massage and if you are looking to keep your chair cost down, that would be a good choice. It is a small chair so it might be a bit snug if any of your users are larger bodied or quite tall (over 6'). The Ekon is a more expensive chair but the current sale of $5999 is very good. We even have our floor model brown Ekon for only $4999. But, again, if your need to keep the cost down lower than that, the Ultra is a fine alternative. The Jin is another good, lower-priced option that is actually made in the same factory as the Ultra. If you are quite short, you would have to override the scan to bring the rollers down to the neck area in both the Ultra and the Jin. I hope this helps! dr. w.

@@massagechairrelief The Costco $4999 deal is back. Is it still a good deal considering this was a 4-year old model? Many
@massagechairrelief2 жыл бұрын
@@xiaonanchen6049 I would steer you away from the Maestro. It had a lot of problems for us when we had it in our showrooms. They came out with the Maestro LE, which addressed all the problems with the original Maestro. $4999 is a good price, but you may have to deal with a higher failure rate and the hassles of getting it fixed more often. I have the TP-8500 in my showroom as a rental and it is nothing like the technology of the Maesto LE. It is a much older technology and it's versatility is nothing like the Maestro LE either. But, if you are only concerned with price and the technology is not that big of a deal for you, the 8500 is a great inexpensive chair option. dr. w.
