that lady looked beautiful and youthful before and actually amazing for her age, I never imagined she needed a neck lift, that loose skin was minimal, the results are thankfully very subtle, so a small improvement, but it is good work and refined, not crude at all so credit to the surgeon here, very beautiful lady to start with, and great bone structure, that always helps. Looking younger maybe shouldn't be the ultimate goal, looking great for you age is realistic, the lady here doesn't look twenty to me, she looks forty, but she looks absolutely stunning and youthful for a 40 something year old, she should be happy with that, and I think she is

Update: I got the breast explant and feel amazing. Healthier! I’m 48 right now and I decided to wait for the neck lift until I have more time to recover. I hear the recovery time is lengthy and I work at a busy Law firm. How long does it usually take to heal from a neck lift? I may need to wait for retirement. Lol.

Does she have to wear a huge sling, tying underneath her chin, wrapped around to the top of her head? Looks great. Maybe someday she could get a chin reduction. But it has to be balanced with her nose so it matches the projection of the nose. Her nose looks fine. The real reason her chin looks big is probably because she had Orthodontia when she was young AND several teeth were extracted in the process. This kept her jaw from fully growing, making her upper & lower jaw “sink backwards” in comparison to her nose/chin. The best solution is jaw surgery to bring both upper and lower jaw FORWARD. But that is a big surgery.
