Does the shuttle shift lever work like the 4707 when you lift up does it disengage the clutch?

Not on the 2800M Series. The Shuttle is Only Forward-Neutral-Reverse does not have declutch feature like 4700 Series Powershuttle.

Is the Woods TQH1 Quick Hitch compatible with this model? Since it has Cat I/II, many QH's are not compatible. Thank you.

We are not a Woods Dealer so have no information on their Quick Hitches. But most Cat 1 Quick Hitches will not work with cross drilled hitch balls. Cat 2 Quick Hitch will we sell from Worksaver.

Some of that will depend on tire size and type you choose but 2850M Power Shuttle with 17.5L-24 R4 Industrial Tires in Snail (Low) Range Gear 1 and Rated PTO Speed is 0.19 mph.
