massey ferguson 35 diesel standard 23C first start after winter smoke like hell

2 massey ferguson 35 tractors first cold start after winter. First one is very difficult to start, but it's clocked over 12000 hours without engine rebuild. You can hear it's starting like there is no compression. And smokes like hell. The second one I don't know how much it's clocked totally, but engine rebuild 1000 hours ago.

your tractor needs the valve timing properly set.

This was made in 2014.... have you managed to kill it yet? revving the hell out of it like that straight after a cold start, I bet my shirt it's either dead now or rebuilt. AND STOP USING AEROSOL STARTER! use the glow plugs instead!

The 23C was shit when new, always a bad starting engine. All of them didn't have glowplugs and you gotta use the ether if you need to do work.
