Wow You hit my problem exactly. My original circular compress cap gaskets elongated and leaked. Then I got the triangle gaskets and one of those failed after about 25 hours of operation. I can not do the machining you recommend but I will try the annealing. Also needed to know the torque for the bolts (35 ft-lbs, thanks). I have a question. Can the injectors be removed and inspected without removing the gas tank? Do you have an opinion about either Rislone Ring seal or Engine Restore for smoke from worn rings? No good? Or can it delay the ring work for a couple hundred hours? Thanks for a great video. You do great work. Do you think I might find a local diesel shop to test my injectors? That is a lot of questions but nothing compared to what I would ask in person if we were friends (LOL). Thanks, Doug

I am getting a small oil leak from what appears to be the head gasket right rear of the engine above the tachometer housing. No coolant in my oil yet. When tractor idles I can see small amounts of oil bubbling from the head gasket. Any tips or tricks for me before I pull the head. Just ordered the new gasket kit.

What type of electrodes did you use to weld the exhaust manifold?

Heated the surface and welded with a MIG Machine. ER70S-6 35,000 welding wire
