It's funny you say that, it's often cheaper to just buy a new carb off of amazon or ebay rather then pay someone to rebuilt the current one. Because I found that to be very true. $35 bucks for a new carb and $75 or $80 to have a repair shop fix the current one.

Love your videos David. A tip for you on your equipment . Run 2 Oz. of Marvel Mystery Oil in the gas and diesel for every 5 gallons of fuel. You will never have gummed carburetors or fuel injectors. Note do not use it in any diesel equipment that has SCR exhaust (DEF). For modern equipment that has SCR exhaust after treatment I recommend Power Service Diesel Kleen.

Try seafoam in the gas tank, it's a product you can get off of Amazon and other places. It should clean the carb and it help stabilize fuel also. Worth a try before you have to get a new carb for the float.

Have you ever put Elmer's glue in your concrete my grandfather lived in Cypress he lived in Long Beach and he was a concrete guy he did driveways and block walls he put Elmer's glue and his mix I don't exactly know how much because I was only like 7 8 years old when I was working with him he didn't really teach me how to do it to mix the concrete and all that had a flatbed truck had his own Sand and gravel and then this man you know he pulled a cement mixer behind his truck myself I grew up in lake Elsinore from 1965 it's a 1987 is when I lived there but anyhow thank you for your videos I do enjoy watching them

I walk by commercial jobs and study the cut marks and analyze what they could have done better because the sidewalks crack, but not on the cut lines. Some guys don't put enough thought into where to place their cut lines. Settling and drainage play a big part in controlling cracks down the road.
