It is interesting that copper pipe is used for the water main outside of the house. Is that how it is usually done in your area? Also it is extremely shallow. Easy to damage it.

My main street valve was also impossible to turn with the HD tool. I called the city and they put a shut off tool with a 4 foot handle on it. Two guys one on each side put a good amount of force on it until it finally shut off. There's no way my dinky tool was going to turn that sucker.

25:00 I've been in one of those dumps and I had to run to the truck to get a mask because I couldn't breathe. I would have thought it would have been illegal not to have a good air extraction setup for the whole building? I was coughing and choking.

I'm no pro by any means, all you had to do was drop the bucket and it would have been fine. Yes it may have felt like it was going to go over for a brief second but it would have been fine. To start you should never carry a load that high, keep it as low as possible while moving, avoid the problem in the first place.

why did you cover the water line BEFORE the water was turned back on? it would have made more sense to turn the water on first so you can visually check the pipe and solder connections for leaks instead of assuming its not leaking because you can't see the dirt getting wet. you can have a drop a minute leak which would take a long time to show the dirt getting wet.
