To Doug Polks question from one of his videos - perfect time to lay down pre flop KK? Kk is stronger technically and it's easy to say in hindsight what to do but you must would have to have a sixth sense to realize you was about to get sucked out 2 times by Aces. Tough

That 4-run scoop was insane but to be fair, he wasn’t told they would make it a PLO/NLH mix until he arrived. He was an online NL player who had only played PLO once so he def was the fish in the Omaha rounds at that time

What in gods name do you expect to be ahead of? You're behind pocket dueces ffs! Yeah you might get him to fold 1010,jj but that's about it. It's a losing play and that's the bottom line. Someone playing pros should know better....geez the guys I play 1 2 nlh against in the local casino know better.

He's crushing High Stakes Cash games for a few years now. Up 3 million from televised hands alone. He also won a 9 million pot against Tom Dwan with AdKd vs KK and spiked an A in the first runout, and a flush in the second.

Yeah I don’t want either of the first two commenters at my game ever. Go grind 18 hours a day online to make 29k a year. Literally what’s wrong with poker. Less solver based nerds and more street poker. Literally the only way poker survives.

i still like to watch highstakes poker, but it isn’t the same anymore since there arent early 20 somethings with their entire bankroll on the table like the old days. PokerStars “The Big Game” in particular was famous for that. all the new players are mega rich :(

I'm used to this in GG poker even with only a 270$ pot. KK vs AK (even I ran it 3 times) all won by AK) 1st street AS is out, 2nd street is straight, 3rd street AS is out again

I’m never shoving KK to a reraise knowing that I could be up against AA. Either fold knowing that I’m behind (which I have before depending on how deep the stacks are) or call to see the fold and go from there.
