On the J10 hand, I really liked your thought process, except for not shoving the turn. You let your opponent get sticky with AA, and seemed like was gonna make a panic shove on any river, so if you had bricked you would’ve had to fold. The shove puts him in a tougher spot allowing him to fold or realize all your equity
