You like to get tricky with high pocket pairs which I don't understand. You give your opponent chances to hit big. Hence aces vs pocket 7s. The psychology of waiting for the best pairs and then to slow play them perplexed me.
@brendaklinger33392 жыл бұрын
I think Mariano is so use to playing bad hands when he finally has a good hand he doesn't know what to do with it...Kinda like when you see an aggressive player blasting off on every street then all of a sudden they tighten up when they get a good hand...Like oh I'm gonna fool you now..I love the fact that 7 came on the River because he played those Aces worse than an OMC on a Mon afternoon at the nursing home..
@brendaklinger33392 жыл бұрын
I wanted to say 1 more thing... There's no way in hell he made over $4k in this game... Just look at the last hand and then him telling us how he didn't play his best game etc etc... Then we are suppose to believe that he won almost $5k... Please that's almost 20% of his starting stack which was not matched by anyone at the table... He's full of shit! You want evidence...Uhm he's great friends with Rampage that does nothing but punt...Do you think that's by accident...Uhm no they are both degenerate gamblers at heart and I think Rampage is more honest about wins and losses than Mariano...I also think he does it to troll people.. Everyone says he only shows winning vlogs...No sorry guys.. He shows you the hands he wins in between rebuys or doesn't show him cashing out... Then tells you he wins..

Curious if you think the AA check check was a mistake now or still think doing that sometimes is good?
@williamzagarella80662 жыл бұрын
Its perfectly fine given SPR. deeper, yes it's a terrible check. But the SPR was 1:1. Any bet opponent is going to throw out is going to be a shove. A check is Ok here on flop for sure, turn is a little closer. I personally like a small 1/4 sizing on flop of roughly 220. Hell call. Then jam turn and he will call again.

In the 10-8 vs. K-6 hand I'm really curious why you think your opponent would c/r sets on such a dry flop
@guillermoalvarez94002 жыл бұрын
When you bluff and say you would play strong hands the same way, and vice versa, do you think your opponents also know what you would do in a given situation, if you’re playing against unknowns with small sample sizes? Is there any merit to playing unbalanced and just making player dependent exploits if you’re not playing with them regularly?

AA, that's why you have to bet the Pot to Avoid free cards. River beat you Mariano, but good job calling with a pair of 8.💪😀
@justmusic23532 жыл бұрын
With a pot to stack ratio of 1:1 checking is very good since we can still get all the money in on the river and sure we give free cards but hands like 77 had 8% equity so it’s fine that 1/11 times they get there. But lets say opponent has a hand like KQs, AJs ect. These hands have like 1-4% equity and will fold if we bet. Checking gives them a chance to bluff and or pair up on turn or river and pay us. Say turn is a Q and he has KQ QJ or AQ we win another 1000$
@bigfanvideo1402 жыл бұрын
The 88 and opponent KK hand was a good hand to show. I think so hard on all the decisions that you and your opponent made, I couldn't even make an argument that any of them was bad. Well played hand from both of you. Do you know well enough that your opponent is a winning poker player or not?
@mmacquoid122 жыл бұрын

@adeldazeem37112 жыл бұрын
The sense is to make him fold a better hand, because you read him correctly for an overpair. He beats too many hands to fold for that price. Especially against you, who is known to be creative, and who can have other hands than 7x+. Like you do in this hand! And even if he doesn't know you, you fall under aggressive "younger hispanic" demographics. And I know you're not hispanic, but he doesn't if he doesn't know you 😄
