yup in a storm i dropped to 11 FPS on a 3060 so not a top end graphics card but a decent one for sure

1:14:40 you can actually destroy the vulture nests and underneath are eggs that can be picked up too and askvins can be taimed with on the 3 new food plants

For the Flame metal mining - if you are insecure and want to make it as safe as possible then i can highly recommend using the stonecutter and Grausten Floor 4x4 to build around the flame metal pillars so you won't fall into the lava by accident and will have a safe platform once it goes under. normal yield that way is almost always over 40 - somtimes over 50 (you can shift the plates on top of eachother to make a staircase like structure around the pilar, pretty stable since the game consideres it stacked on top of eachother)

1:14:37 Actually, volture eggs *do* spawn in the nests (you will need to clear away the straw to see them), but they do not respawn.

Hell yeah! I've pretty much conquered the Ashlands, but it's good you made a comprehensive guide. The Ashlands is pretty challenging, but in my opinion, it's the most rewarding biome to master.

If you break the Volture nests you will find 2 - 5 additional eggs hiding beneath!

fader ignores the trolls. can actually let the trolls kill fader while you are watching from far away without getting aggroed.

I love ashlands, yes theire hard but in the good way. But if something needs re-balance its the boss its too hard for me (only the 2. Phase) other than that its great biom and i realy enjoy it.

I love how the Ashlands look, but the enemy spawn is ridiculous. Have you tried farming grausten and ashen wood? Even if you place anti spawners everywhere, the game keeps throwing unlimited mobs at you. It ain't funny.

Bonemass>Moder. You might need bonemass once you hit land, winds arnt as tough as a 2 star warrior.

Moder for traveling but yeah, I and my buddy I play with immediately plonked down a portal and got bonemass and Eikthyr (he prefers the stamina regen over the defense buff plus if we fire it up close to each other we both get both buffs)

You can enter the center of a Fortress just by using a pickaxe and dig under the walls :)

not anymore, they increased how low underground they extend. now its lower than the maximum distance you can dig

I did not know that. But raising a wall with stone is absolutely still quicker. Just jump over the wall or attack them from your own raised wall.

@@harryevans4994 Did you know you can place a wooden portal inside the center? It actually works without the need of a ram.
