Had quite the surreal moment with this song. I used to live in Florida. There was a park with a little beach I used to go to if my shift got me out early enough. Pandora was my traveling partner. One day got to this place with about 40 minutes to spare. So I chilled its was nine inch nails artist radio. As the sun finally started to set this song came on. I hate how people are arguing about the meaning of the songs lyrics rather than appreciating what an amazing song it is. Liz Frasier is an amazing singer and songwriter, the voice of an angel. I think she never had a predetermined meaning for these lyrics and simply wrote what came to her after massive attack gave her the track. All time classic tune, beautiful.
