I went through self check out at Walmart, paid cash, I was owed $6.04 change. I GOT the bills but not the 4 cents. I got the attendant, she said YOU don't want to wait for 4cents do you? I said no,just wanted to make you aware. She didn't close that lane to refill the change.I started thinking, imagine how much money they could make if they did that to everybody. 😮😡

No. Trust me, they would love to get you your change so you aren't glowering at them. It's just that they know how long it will take to get a cashier manager there to take care of it. Possibly a half an hour. And they can't leave their station. Give working people the benefit of the doubt. The mess at Walmart is always from the corporate level.

I'm sorry but 4 cents is 4 cents. I'm on limited income and that 4 cents will add up eventually. Those people behind u can leave or wait or give me the money I'm owed. People at Walmart scam you and who's not to say those people with buggy full behind u not in on it and when u leave that money, they take it out and put it up for themselves. Sorry I don't trust anyone these days.

At least, there are no ice storms and the cold, as insidious as it can be, is not damp-to-the-bone as it is here in Kentucky, or in the Washington, DC suburbs where I was born and raised. Also, the roads are generally better prepared or cared for, (except the Christmas Eve blizzard of 1982, but you are probably too young for that?) Please stay safe, as the amounts of snow where you are I know are measured in feet, and hopefully, the people there still have some common sense, (although those in the Denver area used to run out to the store DURING a snow and then, all roads would be clear by the next day.) If you get snowed in, I trust you are prepared. The people in the mountains and plains always knew what to do.

If your stores carry it, the Blue Plate mayo is worth a try. JLG will be even cheaper. But if you can find it, Sauers is terrific and cheap. It's made by the Dukes company.

Keystone meets are really hard to find at our Walmart here. I’ve only found the beef periodically. Never the ground beef or the chicken or the pork unless you do it online which can’t trust the cans.

Can your own with a preasure canner. Meat is very easy to can. Buy the loss leader sales

The Great Value ready rice is one of my go-to items. Longest shelf life of any ready rice on the shelf. My Wal-Mart has them with code dates deep into 2026. Keep in mind that they use retort packaging, which extends the shelf life. You can't go wrong at $1.42 each. Only complaint is that they don't have Basmati. Great Value canned chicken is still available and plentiful at around $8.72 for a four-pack.

The butter only went back after going up a month ago, as well as their coffee. That shot up to almost seven dollars for awhile, so i just bought my favorite name brand because it was so close.

Thank you, Danno! I don't travel out to big outdoor box stores. But I like Target 🎯. And it's huge. I get very tired fast.😂 Maybe one day I will have the strength to visit a Walmart. There are none in the five boroughs of NYC. ❤❤❤ Happy & blessedful New Year 2025 ! 🎊🙏🌺👩🦳😇

When Dollar Tree went up to $12.5 they eliminated their quart of vinegar completely and only have a tiny one (8 oz?) for $1.25. So the Walmart one for under $4 is equivalent because its the same thing. So still under $1 a quart! I saw the olives next to the one you showed stuffed with Feta! Looks good! Such a great variety in your area Walmart but I thought high priced.

Blessings Dude and Jess from chilly Chicago. Hockey at Wrigley, professional and collage. My sister went to Walmart in Camden,Delaware to find most of the shelves empty or sparse. She called mee to ask what was going on. I sent her the storm report that she hadn't heard because she hadn't seen the news for days. I reminded her to check the weather online, more often. Stay aware.🎉🎉🎉Happy new year.

Joan of Arc butter beans are one of my favorite canned beans. I rarely make it to Walmart, but they are one of the stores that stock them. Every time you do a Walmart trip, I hope to catch a glimpse of the price. They are right by the other beans and I can see the cans, but not the price. Btw, the Great Value baked beans are my favorite canned baked beans and least regular price as well.

Ice is the worst! It's what breaks your tree branches & then they fall down on the electric wires...bam your electric is out! When I grew up in Ohio, this might mean our electric would be out for weeks. Roads were too bad 2 get 2 outages.

Love shoppin vids. I do have to say though. As a Daytonian, (35 mins up the road) panic shopping is silly. Other than rural areas, even then, the roads really have not been shut down since ‘78. 😂 True though. Every store in Dayton is picked clean😂😂😂😂. Re-rees😂
