The Aftershock buff isn't that great for tanky supports. But this makes Rammus exceptionally stronger. If anything, I see Rammus going up on the Jungle tier list.

You sound clueless, Milio definitely needed more nerfs, especially after the buffs to Lethal Tempo. Yuumi is already nerfed enough, she's an A tier support now, which is where such a skill-less champion should have always belonged to begin with.
