A lot of land out here doesn’t have trees or some are cleared during development. There are actually multiple homes with large trees all over in this neighborhood!

So many empty new construction homes around DFW. We’ve started looking again and it’s quite shocking. Home prices are just too high after factoring in property taxes, HOA, homeowners insurance.

You comment with something similar on all my videos. We are still at almost record low inventory.. Would you rather there be no homes and crazy bidding wars on the 1 new home available? That was no fun… Real estate is still and always will be the best investment you can make! People are still buying including myself! Lmao…man the clickbait and misrepresentation are strong with this one…Video title has the words “Dallas” and “Affordable”…this neighborhood is 1 hr 10 minutes north of Dallas, IF you use the Tollway…. “Affordable”? You are aware that the median household income in Dallas is $64k right? Even earning DOUBLE the median income, no way you will ever be approved for a $728k mortgage 😂, let alone be able to afford it, even if you have no debt or any other bills.
