Great vinyl and board game collection,Mash is one of my all time favorite television shows,it's worth every penny,and Bowie can be worth a lot of money.i wish you would have a cd collection and books/magazine collections,it would be great.

I've been buying and selling for nearly 30 years also buying storage auction and I always tell everyone that there is so much merchandise out there that its crazy. Just got to go out and get it. I went to an estate sale that's been going on for 2 weeks and it was not only the last day but the last hour and I knew the lady that was running it, and she said just make offers and I couldn't believe all the good stuff that was still there I could only imagine what was all there the first day. But still I bought about 200 dollars' worth of leftovers and I'm sure there is least 800 dollars' worth of profit even if it's all small sales there is money to be made.

ive been to sales where there were no kidding 100 resellers and ive been to some where there were only 5 resellers. not all are the same. one place i stopped going to was the company run one where they let everyone in at the same time and there was nothing to get because of all the competition. after waiting and hour and driving for 45 minutes. They would have good stuff but kept increasing their prices.

occupied japan I thought the same thing they might be worth a lot until I looked up the prices. Bought a stack of occupied japan wedgewood knock offs ashtrays. My Japanese friend told me they mass produced and the quality isnt the best.

@@propicker always good. I recently actually tried the Grande Sausage burrito and steak ones from taco bell breakfast. They aren't Giant, but are actually filling. One of those and I am good till dinner with maybe a protein shake or bar early afternoon. Just don't try the normal Sausage or steak breakfast burrito from taco bell. Those are kinda ass and don't taste as good.

How are the prices at estate sales near you? Most companies near me research all their prices leaving no room for profit.

same here. some estate companies realize its mostly resellers and lower the prices. some are just insane and want every penny. the trick is to find under valued stuff. last resort is leave and dont spend a dime. they want to price their items nearly ebay prices so they get to take it all home with them and hang it on their wall. ive told a few estates that if they want their stuff gone they only got 8 hours to do it so the prices better be great.

@@propicker hit or miss with the family run estates. sometimes under priced sometime just over retail. Family tend to not know how to sell things thinking its valued at $100 how bout an even trade. How about an atari system for $100? Or worse you get a hustler family member who was willing to take on the sale. He advertised it as being cheap but started pricing items at retail prices for my friend who walked away. I had a pile and we agreed on a price of $100 but he kept taking things out of my pile after the agreed upon price. Another estate couldnt decide wehter they were getting screwed from a book they were selling. Thinking they might regret selling a priceless book to my friend for $10. Couldn't find a comp because it was a book from china, closest I found was the book retailed at $50 to $75 but had no demand. Honestly the people I live around just arent stupid and will price high.

lol in america we have an excess of things to buy. well off middle class usually collect things because we can. with the availabilty of collectibles from thrifts stores, flea markets, garage sales, estate sales. if your from other places like london you have less to buy from so the prices are higher because you have to import stuff. Also london and other places have little space for collectibles because the land is too expensive.
