Thanks for sharing Daggerwin. You should connect the front-wheeled steering wagon to the front of the tractor to drive/back it in. much easier that way! Excess grass at the pits can feed the rabbits. :)

Just so you know, once you have compacted 100% you can then scoop up the spilled grass in front and dump it on top and you will remain 100% compacted.

I'm glad you got rid of Maize Plus. It is a good mod but it doesn't help your videos. When you mentioned it I was thinking of the rabbits but you already took care of them. Now you can get chickens back, add horses, maybe some sheep? If you want a complicated feeding animal I think there is a place for pigs on that map. Just a few of every animal could be a goal, fully functional farm using all available buildings.

Hey, Daggerwin. Love your videos. Just a quick heads up for you--there is an easier entrance to your grass field. In the north east corner of the grass field there is a gap in the hedge that leads to the lane coming down from the yard running next to the triangular shaped arable field. Keep up the great work!

You should probably invest in a silage blade. It helps level the pits a lot

Those rabbits are definitely worth getting. Nearly £500 yours are selling for and you buy them for £20, that profit is insane for a bit of cut grass and water

There's a mod thta also displays the fill types name on the lower right, just right besides the litre amount, instead of only the icon... It is really helpful generally but especially in situations like you had around minute 8:40 where you went to do the rabbit test to find out what even was in your trailer

Daggerwin in the botttom of field 54 and 56 close to field 53 you also have a entrans to your grass field, just so you dont need to pass into your crops in field 52

Was thinking about your comment on purbeck in regards to ending it, i think maybe end that one and keep this series going as they are very similar maps. Then maybe start a large field map like American or Eastern Europe with loads of mod use 🤷🏼‍♂️

The amount of silage you get you should definitely just buy a bigger silage pit and make it easier for yourself from having little bits left out at front

You can feed cows just conditioned grass on maize plus, not sure how that affects milk production, but it fills all the bars...

I agree with you about Maise plus. I'd rather just play the game than deal with all the intricacies. I feel the same about precision farming. They take away from my enjoyment of the game for me.

I didn't like pf at first but played it anyway. Now I am on a server save without it and I sort of miss it. But yeah, pf and maize plus are basically just fluff...

Seems to me that none of the mods which add realism to the game suit your playing style. On a more positive note, why not check out Frontier for your next map. Some people will hate it but it's VERY different.
