Bone in chicken best bird, secert to crispy chicken is using corn starck in the breading mix or rice flour. Retired cook/chef with over 35 years in foodservice. That cole slaw looked awesome and creamy which is exxactly how I make mine from scratch but add a bit of horse radish to mine for a little kick. Every time I watch a video of yours my mouth waters even if I just ate. Keep the great content coming and will catch you next video.

When I worked as a PREP cook I would add pineapple sauce to my coleslaw! One time someone switched the salt, and sugar in the bins. Lucky I tasted it before I added the cabbage! My chef was pissed, but it wasn't my fault! I miss those days. I always ate really good food. I loved the buffets we had!

Good job ! Joel is one of the neatest eaters I have seen in competitive eating or mukbangs. He doesn't make the food look unpleasant no matter how much he eats and I love his eating strategy!

Bone in for me. I’ve eaten 16 pieces of chicken before, but didn’t have any sides and I was beyond stuffed. I couldn’t fit anything else in. Two whole chickens is a lot of food.
