Izzy, and Drew you should be very proud of the work you have turned out on this job and the other jobs you have shared with us ! Really like the longer video’s on a Monday . Takes balls to go online and admit you made a mistake but you manned up and sorted it out. Big respect for showing us that part you definitely didn't have to show us that ! I had a great tradesman when I served my time as a joiner and it stood me very well in life ! Drew could not have a better tradesman to show him the ropes and I am looking forward to watching him develop . Keep up the great work lads you make a great team.

You should buy a pulley to hoist material up to the 3rd lift. Less labor, less chance for injury. I know you guys are young, but trust me it’s worth the investment.

Great video. Consider getting a bumpa in future. Spend a day loading out each lift. It's not expensive and more than pays for itself. I have used them in self builds before

Great footage of how building work should be done, have to say though how boring is block work, I remember back in the 80's laboring for two brickies working on a huge place using 9 inch solids, the job nearly killed me and actually did kill my boss for a time after suffering a heart attack while lifting a block above chest level them dam things were so heavy, the paramedics got him back after 4 minutes but it was the end for him working for many months. Good luck in the future and look after yourself

@@IzzytheBricky I am a big charlie fan but the way u film a load then post is very good. Felt your pain with no fork lift😫 1n1 is mega hard.. Like that u are on the small trowel ii use my 10in always love it .. Saved my elbow

It was a lovely old house. Been replaced with a lifeless brick box. Modern architecture really is terrible. Not knocking you Izzy. You’ve done a lovely job of it all. Comparing that to the house you just pointed. Worlds apart. Great video as always.

Shame you ditched the tiles. Builder I worked for got us to stack em! Then he sold them or reused on different project. Matching tile company purchased many knockdown. Timber reclamation took any decent timbers such as 7" 175mm floor boards.

We all make mistakes, no biggie, the important thing is to learn from it , and not repeat it a ....i used to build some very complicated houses where a mistake could cost a lot of money. When I got the plans , materials schedules, structural steel, engineers specifications . Seriously like trying to read war and peace ...Used to spend evenings firstly checking for errors then making a plan of action ie order of what tothem start and when and getting to know the job back to front...get a spare complete set of everything and laminate them.
