This is by far the best chiropractic experience I have watched. I have never understood why you wouldn’t massage for then adjust because now everything is loser. Also for him to go into the foam roller, this guy cares about getting his people healthy. Amazing job. Wish more were out there like him.

It's not unusual to have that feeling. So, I'm not sure why people think it's funny when he's describing what he's feeling. Just to be honest, it's actually quite uncomfortable because you will experience pain at the same time and can also have the feeling of a severe muscle spasm depending on where the knot is, It's extremely uncomfortable.

This chiropractor has a background in Massage Therapy. Most chiropractors do not perform massage, they may work with massage therapist and vice versa to refer clients back and forth. Getting a massage prior to adjustments is commonly recommended. But rarely would someone get a 2-in-1 special like this. It takes a lot of additional training to be qualified in both fields, and with massage there are so many techniques, This Guy is a Unicorn.

I learned proper posture in yoga. Shoulders over hips bones, sternum lifted, chin horizontal to floor, tailbone pointed down, hip bones over ankle bones. Then, with both feet flat sway forward and back forward and back until you come to center. Then sway left to right left to right until you come to center. Mountain Pose.

I had exactly this same injury for two years. I went to specialists, physios and more physios. I finally found a physio that got me to do the most simple neck extensions and within two weeks, I was back to 80% normal!!! Now two years on, I’m totally fine, unless my posture has been bad from sitting/slouching. Pilates helps with Maintenance as does a really supportive pillow and sleeping on my side (no more tummy sleeping).

They way he's showing how to use the foam rollers toward the end of the video is the most helpful. I've been doing these kind of roller exercises on myself for at least 5 years now. It's a way of doing your own self-chiropractic. I also have an arched plastic device called "The Wave", which you lay back on in a similar way. I'm 54 yrs old, 300 muscular 1bs, and this is the only way I found to get the kinks out of my upper back. You need to be careful rolling on the kidney areas, controlling your weight with your legs.

Here in the UK, Chiropractors spend a grand total of roughly 5 minutes twisting and cracking before sending you out the door.
@growforfood28623 жыл бұрын
he's doing some great work releasing adhesions/fascia and "stuck" muscles. Bravo to this treatment. I had this same treatment done after I had a hip replacement with a PT who pretty much got me walking again. A year ago I was deformed. Today? I'm walking upright. Note to youngsters: take minerals, and STRETCH. Those demo exercises are BALLER.
