The beet harvester is set to all-wheel-steering by default. The worker changes it to turn-steering.

It 's good that you didn't sold a class trailer, you can use it just for errands on farm, like feeding the chicken, or when you need to empty a silage pit etc.

HI there, Daggerwin, I've been eager to put in a comment since you placed the solar-arrays...(Yes, I've been binge-waching all episodes since that one today) Anyway: my 1. suggestion: instead of using farmable land for the solar, why not place it in the mountains on the other side of grapes? And the solar performs best if nothing coveres the panels with shades.... (in real life atleast..) 2. suggestion: All your fields (and farm) are surrounded with grass, why not cut it and use it. I know you mentioned it in this episode, but I think its a good idea. 3. suggestion: Combine the fields 31 and 34 into one bigger field, more effective use of rented equipment, and bigger crops. And more use of double trailers... And finally my humble opinion: You got more equipment you can sell to declutter the farm. Including some tractors. You've got way to many.... Love the series, please keep the episodes comming.

Theoretically, yes. Or download one of those multi fruit silo that you can buy from, I use those for my lime, fert & seed. They also do everything else. I would imagine you could do that, everything is at a discount from those as well given you want to pay the initial (in my case for the one I've decided to use, $10k) fee to purchase it.

daggerwin. With the grimme self propelled beet harvester and both ropa ones and any holmer ones turn steering gives you the best maneuverability. Crab steering as you mentioned is for compaction in real life. And all wheel steering is for traveling on the road.

You're lucky to be harvesting the Corn now. I just spendt 40 minutes plating mine in one field :D But why are you buing "chicken food"? You got many fields, and lots of time seed(drill) and harvest. But instead you go to sleep :P

You should grab the beat ninja mod and cut up the sugar beet first, you will get more sugar. It's not a ton more but it's more and the beat ninja doesn't cost that much.

Daggerwin there is a mod Forage harvesters harvest sugarcane and harveste polar it is really useful I tried it once and it was very fast it was faster than the normal sugarcane harvester

Remember how you could harvest, bailing, and bail loading all at once well maybe two of the three can be done now with the Snüfelstück dollie can do it and I think it may attach to the back of the bailer, I'm not 100% shure

If buying wheat was more cost effective than growing it, you should be able to buy the wheat and turn it into flour. Unless you can sell the raw material, the wheat itself, for more then $1400 per thousand liters, then your math is not correct. Even if you can turn the product into flour to make doughnuts, you can do the same with bagged wheat. It's the raw material costs of growing versus purchasing. If you need more, grow more. Sorghum is worth more than wheat, but wheat produces more per acre. Farming, factory supplies, raw material sourcing, it's all a lot more complicated than you indicated, but sometimes, it's just a simple calculation. If you can buy the raw material for less than you can grow, than you can make more money buying.
