I have not watched this video yet, but I will. I just wanted to say that I have been in the construction business off and on most of my life. I am 64 years old now, I just wanted to say that,a few years ago, I was working in lennar homes, installing the internet line,tv line, and telephone line, and I was very very impressed by the way that they built their homes.they went up quickly, but with all the quality that made me proud to be a part of it. Lol. You’re not lying. I can only evaluate them (and any builder) based on the product they allow to be put out. They impressed me and having just left a new home inspection of a clients home today, I can say they are paying attention to the small details necessary to deliver a quality built home. 💪🏿

Lennar Homes was the builder of my home when I resided in Pflugerville Texas my home was 3027 square feet I paid $270,000 in 2017. However the asking price was 330,000 and it was a new build. It was on the market 125 days. It was five bedrooms three and a half bath. Master down and side garage. I sold it and returned to the East Coast. I miss the snow.

The house has standard finishes with low grade (by the look) floors. The kitchen has standard finished but this is their “deluxe” package?! Home buyers now are getting screwed…

Nice house, but I hate when the primary suite/owner's suite is right off of any of the main living areas like the living room, den/family room, kitchen & like in this house the breakfast nook. Talk about the lack of privacy for the King & Queen of the owner's suite.🤦🏾‍♀️🤦🏾‍♀️🤦🏾‍♀️

A lot higher it’s best to move right outside of Charlotte and come into the city center to entertain yourself but there is alot of things to do in the counties outside as well. Areas like Fort Mill, Rockhill , lake Wylie are considered South Carolina but about 20min from Charlotte depending where you are

@ CKing, this is true. However, in this video Mr Ashely stated this was a model home and most builders are not adding a tub in owners suite they are installing in 2nd and third bathrooms , which to me is backwards?! So, if I ask for a bathtub in the owner’s suite, more than likely it would be an ‘additional cost’ which for me I would NEVER pay for. Be blessed 🙏🏼

Hi Sir Ashley! 2 questions…Does NC count the square footage of the walkout basement when advertising the square footage of a home? If yes, do they still count the basement footage if the home is sold with an unfinished basement? Also, you’re right…I heard “Lennar” and thought,”Not unless they get better contractors. Otherwise, I might as well just buy a D R Horton or Ryan home!” 🤷🏽‍♀️😂

I also have a conservative nest egg that I've been managing on the side. My question is this: does it make good financial sense to purchase a rental property (especially given Covid and the fact that many landlords lost their properties due to tenant's inability to pay). Yes, buy as many rentals as possible. Have the property management company do their due diligence when finding a solid tenant.

Unfortunately most new homes (expensive or less costly) DON'T automatically come with a tub. At least in my experience, everyone says they want a tub, but most rarely ever use it🤷🏿‍♂️. To each their own, buy a home that fit your needs/wants.

Good morning brother, we are awaiting new prices that will be announced in February. This floor plan and similar ones are typically between $550k-800k. I know thats a big chasm between pricing, but it depends on the lot, location and if there is a basement. A basement adds about $80k-100k and certain lots can go for $105k+.

Aw man...I haven't! But there are devices you can put into the ground to keep them away. I cant definitively say they work, but since using them, I've only seen 1 snake in my yard in 4 years... compared to seeing snakes or shedded snakeskin multiple times in the spring and summer.
