I just loved the "We're in our cluster feeding era and that's okay, because I get all the cuddles and I get to soak it all up" (paraphrased) comment. It is just such a beautiful way to look at it. Took me a good 10 months to get to that mindset, which I totally regret now, because I was so hung up on being able to do the same thing as my husband for the first 10 months, that I didn't fully enjoy the magic. Since I manage to change my way of seeing it all, life as a mum has just been such a blessing all the way.

Hiii! The hardest thing for me to clean is my oven. What spray did you use in the oven? I noticed that you used baking soda as well. Does this combo work well in taking the burnt mess that ovens so easily leave? Thanks!
@kat_shultis9 ай бұрын
Yes!!! Baking soda and vinegar or water!! I used my puracy nontoxic spray!

I have a cleaning business. The top of those ovens lift up and you can clean underneath. Try it!! Just a friendly tip most people aren’t aware of!! 😊

Do you prefer pumping+bottle feeding or exclusively nursing? My first I could only pump since she wouldn’t latch. But my other two after figuring out everything the first few weeks, I almost NEVER gave bottles. I’m hoping when this baby comes I’ll get to nurse again.
@kat_shultis9 ай бұрын
He genuinely breastfeeds NONSTOP like no breaks and it’s hard for me to have to feed like 12 hours a day so I pump when he sleeps just to get a little bit of time off the boob!! But I love just breastfeeding!!! Just is hard sometimes because I have to work!:)

@@kat_shultis one more thing I just thought of. During those nonstop sessions, is he doing non-nutritive sucking? Like, just using you as a pacifier? Because some babies do that too. I’m just curious because what you can do sometimes if you’re not having any letdowns at that point and he just wants to snuggle, you can gently break the seal and slip in a pacifier while still snuggling if you feel like you need a break. I’m all for moms making breastfeeding as enjoyable and sustainable for mom AND baby. Just so you don’t feel too burned out. My son would flutter suck where he wasn’t getting any milk or anything out. He just wanted something in his mouth.
@kat_shultis9 ай бұрын
@@nanaronhano337 he does not take the pacifier!!! but maybe some day he will hahaha
