Sky News host Paul Murray says there is a “massive problem” for Labor in Queensland.
“The preferred prime minister rating there is 48 per cent pro-Dutton,” he told Sky News host Chris Kenny.
“The people who put the poll together, they ask questions as well as just get the data, and they say the comments that are coming back about cost of living and interest rates have now turned nasty.”

Construction Skills Queensland says the green energy transition will cost Queensland taxpayers up to $14 billion per annum with no end date, this will decimate Queensland’s most productive sector ripping moneys out of other areas of the economy and our departments. The RED/BLUE uni-party want net zero missions which means the demise of the coal industry which is vital to Queensland’s economy. Bob Katter, moved a motion in relation to emission targets which denounced Queensland’s emission reduction targets and renewable energy plan in Federal Parliament on 13 June 2024. When it came time to vote, the chamber was empty on the left and ready to vote against the motion on the right a deliberate and vindictive plan to avoid being seen voting with Labor. The LNP were backed into a corner, can’t vote for the motion because they already sold Queensland’s soul along with Labor a few weeks prior and can’t vote against the motion because then Queenslanders would finally realize the two major parties aren’t too dissimilar from one another.

Mr Crisafulli needs to stop the misappropriation of taxpayers money into uneconomical and unreliable renewable energy projects. This is economic vandalism on an industrial scale and is creating debts that will take generations to pay off. The pumped hydropower projects are colossal white elephants and should be abandoned forthwith. We should be building new coal fired power plants like the Chinese.

The Liberals and Nationals have several MPs who are not afflicted with the economically destructive delusional insanity of Net Zero. These MPs need to ensure that it becomes official LNP policy to withdraw Australia from the scientifically and operationally fraudulent Paris Accord and use the most economical energy resources available. One Nation does not collude with the Climate Delusion, the Energy Transition Delusion nor the Aboriginal Nation Delusion. The Voice of delusional insanity needs to be removed from our government.

We imposed the economically destructive delusional insanity of Net Zero upon ourselves. We voted for more government regulation and restrictions on individual freedoms (eg vegetation laws which hamper farming and property development). Our foreign policy should not be set in stone. We have an unfortunate history of having our service personnel used as gun fodder in other countries’ wars. We need to deregulate our economy and adopt a more neutral foreign policy. We need to free ourselves from the economically destructive delusional insanity of Net Zero. The massive misappropriation of taxpayers money and resources into uneconomical and unreliable renewable energy projects needs to be stopped.

It will come down to whether the Coalition can take out enough Teals. It is fanciful to think that Labor will only lose half a dozen seats and still be in the 70's. You would have to think they will finish with less than 65.

From a State that brought in a "unified"operating/software system for the broad church that has become (qld) govt, a massive massive security vulnerability (chopped like there's no tomorrow from the inside...take note major corruption clue you never knew about) and abolished their Legislative (upper house)Council in 1922. Yet still ballsy enough to state to the Govenor that what a single legislative chamber passes can/must be identified as carefully considered. Who's bullshiting? QLD or the other 5 states and Fed Parliament who all have two legislative chambers for everything they pass to be identified as carefully considered. How is that consistent with making this Commonwealth of ours renown throughout all the lands (as per 2nd verse Advance Aust Fair).

There is absolutely no reason to burden state taxpayers with upper houses of state parliament. Liberal democracy is economically self destructive. People keep voting for more government and more government handouts until the economy collapses. Take a long hard look at burgeoning state and federal debt in Australia. Voting should be regarded as a privilege and be restricted to qualified taxpayers.
