My brother just sold his Sun Prairie home before it even hit the market for 385k I would sell mine but not retiring for 5 years hope markets are good then lol.

Yeah the market is sizzling John. Hard to say where it’ll be in 5 years, but knowing Dane County it’ll still be strong!
