You’re right. I mostly agree. Most actions the Jaeger’s perform felt too humanized. However, it does make the fight scenes more interesting because there is more variety in tactics, instead of using your weapon to beat your opponent to a pulp, and dying if that weapon gets destroyed.

@Will Smith. the cinematography of the first film was done in a way to make the audience feel one with the camera. The camera and shots were positioned in a way where it was plausible for a person to be. Also the low light shots mask much of the cgi’s rough edges making the first movie still hold up after so many years. Action scenes coupled with the cinematography pays homage to the classic kaju films :)

Why in some scene the robots looks small and then some scene looks big. Like example, in the opening, obsidian fury’s feet when compared to humans are small, but when gipsy avenger catch the helipad, you can see his feet, its bigger than obsidian’s Edit Obsidian fury’s scene : 0:47 Gipsy avenger’s scene : 1:10
