Do people not know what actual explosions look like? Pyrotechnics in film and real life are very different. I understand the desire for practical effects; everything is incorrect. There isn't a Shockwave. The streaking from the pyrotechnics is far too controlled, indicating that it was layered in after the scene was shot. The money spent to "transform" one thing into another was in the hundreds of millions of ISD; yet they skimp on the obvious thinking no one e will ever notice because we get a slow motion action sequence of moving parts and a kid who's entire role in the franchise is to yell "OPTIMUS!!!!!!"
