Massive Sicilian Parmesan Sandwich Challenge!!

A&Z #922 - Randy Santel "Atlas" and Jack Diamond each vs Amore Italian Market's "Tour of Sicily" Massive Sicilian Parmesan Sandwich Challenge w/ red penne pasta at Amore Italian Market and Bakery in Cape Coral, FL of Southwest Florida!! Katina and I decided to kick off our 2021 food challenge touring in Florida, and our February Florida Tour turned into a February & March Florida Tour!! I attempted lots of food challenges all over the state of Florida. For challenge #2, we went to Amore Italian Market and Bakery in Cape Coral, FL, which is in Southwest Florida. My friend Jack Diamond attempted the challenge with me, and we were the first 2 people to attempt and help kick off Amore's new Italian "Tour of Sicily" Massive Sicilian Parmesan Sandwich Challenge which came with 2 big Sicilian rice balls and almost 1lb of red penne pasta. On bottom there was a meatball parmesan sandwich that came with "Salsiccia" Italian sausage. The middle sandwich featured eggplant parmesan, and the top sandwich featured Amore's chicken parmesan served with homemade broccoli rabe. Jack and I each had a 45 minute time limit to finish everything. Thanks to the Amore Sisters plus their family and everyone with Amore Italian Market and Bakery for the delicious food, drinks, desserts, and hospitality!! Amore Italian Market's "Tour of Sicily" Massive Sicilian Parmesan Sandwich Challenge ($85):
- Amore Italian Market and Bakery serves the Cape Coral, Florida area in Southwest Florida.
- Amore is family owned & operated, serving up authentic Sicilian-inspired Italian foods to go.
- In addition to cookies and pastries too, there is a big selection of Italian goodies to take home.
- For this "Tour of Sicily" meal, there are three different stacked Italian parmesan sandwiches.
- The top sandwich is a chicken parmesan sandwich with homemade broccoli rabe and more.
- Middle sandwich features eggplant parmesan, and the bottom - meatballs and Italian sausage.
- The challenge includes 2 Sicilian rice balls filled with beef, veggies, cheese, and deliciousness.
- Everything is surrounded by almost 1lb of Amore's cooked red penne pasta (homemade sauce).
- There is a 45 minute time limit. Winners get the $85 meal free, a sweet t-shirt, and Wall of Fame.

@@AprilSixth Funny story I use to watch Randy all the time about 3 years ago give or take on my old channel, I watched Katina also. At that point I knew they never did a challenge together Randy always had a ton of people watching so you knew his challenge was legit, Katina not so much just the camera person and I didn't think a small girl like that really put down so much food, in this day and age it could be staged. So I would rag on her to get with Randy after every challenge she did, for one getting people to come see you is marketing for the restaurant and herself and two prove that you are putting all that food down to the doubters. 2+ years later they are a couple, when I tuned into them recently after not watching them for a while I was shocked to see them together...but that made my day.

Ahh this was awesome! Food looked killer, and the fans always warms my heart ❤, u are in my favorite zone in the USA!! I use to live on Pine Island, a little north from where u did this challenge, i also lived on Manasota Key ,, a little more north, now im living back in Indiana but have a winter home in Sarasota,, i just love the Gulf, best food ever!
