We discovered massive termite damage to our project house. We also need to replace an undersized beam to support the center of the home. In this episode I will show you what happened and how we are going to fix it. Let’s explore the real side of owning real estate.
With so many content creators claiming that owning real estate is just easy money or “passive income” I wanted to show the real side of owning real estate. It’s hard dirty work. We are going to show our viewers the good, the bad and the ugly side of owning and managing real estate. Don’t get me wrong, there can be good money in owning and flipping real estate, but it comes with great risk. Will this be a good purchase or will this house become a money pit?

With nearly 40 years of experience under my belt I’ve seen a lot of products and methods of work come and go. Over the course of this project, we will discuss how some of the changes weathered time.
