Will this require any realignment?

No alignment isn’t effected at all here. If I raise the front end 1 inch to fit the new stance then I might need to get the alignment checked cuz height changes the geometry of the steering components as where these spacers just push the wheels out but leave the rest of the suspension exactly as it say before.
