Holden’s made their Torana’s Monaro’s and heaps more made by themselves... infact GM isn’t only Chevrolet ruling a fully made Australian car manufacturer that has made their cars here in Australia for a long time. Holden bought a lot of motors off Chevrolet but that does not mean that Chevrolet owns Holden, they’re both same things for a long time.

physics.. extremely quick weight transfer. some of the crazy FWD drag cars can do little wheelies due to the same thing so in other words they are kind of breaking physics hahaha

Typically, there is a 4 link set up for narrowed rear ends, since you have to run coil over shocks that attach vertically to the axle housings. So if you are running hopefully a full race chasis or one professionally designed, you run two rods on each side of the coil overs, to brackets that attach to the axle housings and to brackets that attach to cross rail and where the back half of the chasis cage starts. There is a angular geometry that you want to angle the rods to, as if they point like a shallow Triangle. The end point that the two rods angle toward, should be at the center balance point of the car itself. You check that with scales and weigh the car out, and then going the balance point of the car, so if it happened to be the right where the driver sits, you should be a able to pick the car up at that point, and the car will balance in mid air, neither tipping forward or back. Plus, when you release the tranny break and stall 5000rpm or whatever, it's a instant power release to the rear end. And I mean INSTANT. So those rods, use a push and pull principle. The more power that instantly gets dumped to the rear end, instead of snapping the housing back, it pulls the other rod just as hard, which pulls from the frame. The idea is old but the principal is genius. I've stalled 1000hp at 5000rpm and let the tranny brake go and it's bam, instant power to the wheels and the last thing that you could ever feel, is the rear end giving first, before finally turning the wheels. It can't. It would have to snap the rods and that's basically impossible if it's built right, because the power is so spread out through the genius 4 link design. It's pure genius.
